Hmnm....should i dye my hair blonde with garnier???

i am an artificial "honey" blonde and brunnette is my natural color...

i'm wondering whether doing the garnier bleach would be good (its a dark blonde) so my 3 inch roots will be covered!! or if this is unwise and i should stick to highlights because i will damage my hair (i already had it permed) and should seek an alternative such as highlights???

basically i want o be blondeish but my brunnette is growing in and my hair has already been permed in the summer so what's is you advice???

Its not going to show.

You need to make sure your product has a toner in it, because if you're going lighter you definately need to bleach it first.

You cant go from dark to light with a store-bought hairdye.
