Is there a way to dye my hair blonde without using bleach?

My hair isn't exactly brown, it's sort of a light reddish brown with a tiny bit blonde in it. See, my natural color is blonde, then I dyed it red a few years ago with permanent hair dye, and now it's turning brown. So is there a way to dye it light blonde without bleaching?

i've had ALLLL sorts of experience with hair dye. Rgith now my hair is blonde with a few streaks of brown. what i would reccomend is using bleach- it won't look bleach blonde unless you leave it in too long. what i would also suggest is DON'T USE BOX DYE!!! i garentee you, your head will be yellow and gross within a few weeks. i would go get it done preofessionally! i know it costs a little more money, but i used to do my hair or have friends or family do it, and even if it looks good at first, it never lasts. get it done by some one at a hair salon.

I agree with the person above me. HAVE IT DONE PROFESSIONALLY.

It does cost more, but it is worth it in the long-run because if you buy boxed hair dye and it looks awful, you'll just have to have someone correct it. Sometimes boxed bleach turns your hair yellow or orange. Believe me, (from personal experience) it is NOT attractive!
