okay im naturally a dark brunette, i currently have it highlighted blonde and am in need of a change. i want to get my hair like a barbie blonde all over.
what products are available to achieve this myself,my highlighted hair will obviously be easier to dye than my roots which are my natural dark colour. which are the best products and where do i get them,price etc.
