i have to have my hair blonde for a cosutme, long story, but anyway, i need a way to get my hair blonde. it's light brown/dirty blonde right now. i don't want to pay to have it done just for one day, and i don't wanna screw it up or damage it. is there any good drugstore brand of dye or highlighting kit that actually works and isn't super unhealthy for your hair??

There is no Chemical Kit that is not bad for your hair.

Try Lemon Juice in the hair , then stand out in the sun as long as you can. thats probably the Safest way for you hair.

Actually if you go and buy one at a grocery store in most places and not use all of the product you may be able to take the unused portion back and get a full refund! Then again if you have any Asian shops around you go a get a nice cheap rinse for about 4 bucks

go to the beauty supply and buy a spray on color. It washes off with 1 shampoo and it's doesn't damage hair. Plus it's cheap about $4 and easy.

theres a store called "sallys beauty supply" that carriesn spray on color that washes out when you wash it. it wont damage the color or the hair. and you can get a semi-permanent color that it depends on the product to how long it will last. i think the round about length is 20 washes. i hope this helps. good luck.

L'OREAL Color pulse mousse is good. It says for about 1-2 weeks, you can do it at home, and it's only like $7.00. Hope this helped.
