I have very dark hair naturally a very dark brown and I have tried heaps of hair dyes so how can I make it blonde it just wont work!

I don't want to go to a hairdresser cos they are too expensive.

my hair color is naturally dark brown aswell,i have been blonding my hair for years,the best one i have found to be effective is loreal super blonde !

You may need a couple of applications though b'cause at first it tends to make the hair a strawberry blonde color,the reason why i'm suggesting the super blonde is it lightens up to more shades than the average hair color,once you get it to your desired blonde,you then only have to touch up the roots. The old adage of putting lemon juice in your hair will only bring it out with an orange color if you've got dark hair,the loreal super blonde turned my hair very blonde,after that you can use any regualr blonde color,decore 4 tends to make the hair very dry and bristly and brings the touch up roots an orangey color though,so best for the super blonde til you get the look you want,good luck : )

what i would do, instead of ruining your hair with an intense bleach job at home.....

lighten your hair gradually,

take a few steps back every so often.

keep on lightening.

if your hair is your natural color now and not died, this will be much easier

talk to a hairdresser just for ideas

and you could go to a beauty school and get things done

for much cheaper than a licensed pro.

and their pretty much as good.

first things first, dont buy boxed hair color...thats like a disaster waiting to happen..the color fades so quickly and ruins your hair... i suggest you go to a professional beauty supply store like sallys or go online to sallys.com .....you'll need a developer of about 30-45.....thats what i always have to use on mine and i have like pitch black hair....so yeah, your going to need that and bleach....it should run you about $20 bucks...best of luck...

Oh hunny, it will do so so so much damage to your hair. I hope you are very sure about this. Also I would suggest doing a full head of highlights first then when that starts to grow out do another full head highlight and so on. This will give an all over lighter appearance without shocking those around you and maybe even shocking yourself. Use plenty or Conditioner and maybe some hot oil treatments. Hope this is helpful.

blonde hair dye doesnt change dark hair to blonde hair u would need to strip your natural color out with a powdered bleach that you mix with cream developer then put the dye over it a couple hours later but you have to be carefull and keep your hair very very moisturized because it will dry out bad if you dont.
