i am a brown but not white, say a shade of white but not white. i want to die my hair a light blonde some shade in it too..say like light blonde,brown,and black,.. be unest if that would look sweet

If you're browned skined, and wants to dye your hair blond w/ highlights...then you should try blond w/ brown highlights. That way the brown kinda matches your skin, and the blond brings out the color that you want. g luck

Yeah start with foils first. Get a full head of blond foils, if you want your hair to stay in a good condition you will have to gradually do it, and it will look so much better cause if you put a lighter colour on your hair, it will turn orange and yellow. And go to a hairdresser cause they will tone it as well , to get rid of the copper and gold tones.
