How do I dye my hair blonde w/o it being reddish from the dye?

Right now my hair is at a dark blond color, and it's mostly natural. My ends are lighter than my long roots, because the last time I dyed my hair was in March. i was going to go a little lighter, but whenever I would dye my hair this color it would come out as strawberry blonde, even though it wasn't supposed to. Does anybosy know how to fix this?

always leave the color on for the time do not rinse til you check it with a spay bottle of water and a towel. spray a few strands of hair with the water and wipe it with the towel if it looks blonde then rinse if not leave the color on for a while longer and remember that the hair looks reddish when wet be sure to dry your hair and the heat will drop the color more to the blonde
